I hear music in the background I am humorous and fearless I wonder if I'll ever be famous I see big blotches of colors I come from a family where you dream big I hear music in the background

I understand life is never easy I believe nothing is easy; you just have to put your mind to it I dream about everything I try to jump I hear music in the background

but i feel at peace repeating inside just like an echo like a revibe i am such a stranger to you and all else just undiscovered even by myself i will walk ahead and rest in my bed and continue living until i am dead

I hear the random voices at the back of my head I am different from what you think I should be I wonder about secrets and existence I see bacon pancakes in my sleep I come from a family of Jamaicans and British folks I hear the random voices at the back of my head
I pretend to talk to my cat I feel a strange sensation telling me what I forget I touch and tweak different parts of me to make what-or who I am I worry of what comes after death is there such thing as heaven or hell, is it the end? I cry when I'm frustrated in my own chaos I hear the random voices at the back of my head
I understand it is ok to be myself I believe I have a role to play in life one day I dream of none other than nightmares, some beautiful, some dangerous I try to thrive and survive in this twisted, deranged world I hear the random voices at the back of my head
I hear the roar of a lion I am bold and daring I wonder where the real world is I see the spark to a new generation I come from a family of ancient people I hear the roar of the lion
I pretend I can fly I feel the gentle touch of the sun's rays I touch the core of the earth I worry it will leave me I cry for those who are weak I hear the roar of a lion
I understand there is nothing to fear I believe someday it would come I dream of a day of complete peace Itry to help those who need help I hear the roar of a lion.
I am happy I wonder what these people are thinking I hear people calling names I see teachers besides me I want this to end
I am scared I pretend i'm a superhero because there brave I feel my heartbeat when the teachers call on me I touch my chest to hear my heartbeat I worry that I'll say something incorrect I cry when i do something wrong
I am nervous I understand that i have to be brave I say"Don't be nervous be brave." I dream that someday i will be brave I hope to be brave and not shy I am strong and happy
